Refund & Return Policy – Nexora
At Nexora, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in providing quality colognes and perfumes, and your experience matters to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The seal (if applicable) has not been broken
- The item is in the same condition you received it
To start a return, please contact us at noirenexora23@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 14 days
